SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility.

Items must be returned within five days from the date of delivery. The item must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Custom made products (prescription lenses) cannot be returned unless they are received defective or damage.

Restock Fee

For all eligible returns, restock fee of 30% of the items purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount. The restock fee helps cover the costs associated with processing the return and prepare the items for resale.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless of an error on our part, or if the item is defective. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving items. Provide your order details including the item numbers and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed with your return. In the case of damage items, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase or you may request a replacement item. Please allow up to five days for a refund to be processed and reflect on your account.

Orders will be processed within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and the chosen shipping method during check out.
